This privacy policy is applied to games and other services provided by MySchoolLife. We can regularly update the personal information security policy through myschoollife.co.kr or within the game service. 
If important changes occur, we will notify in the website or within the game service before its changes. If users use the service after the changes are in effect, new Privacy Policy will be applied

1.THE DATA WE COLLECT
MySchoolLife saves only the minimal personal information for the better service of the game. The required information is shown below.

1.1. Information we collect directly
- Email Address
- Nickname in the game
- Paid in-app purchase history.
- In-app purchase receipt information paid by the user.
- Information you provide when you request information or support from us or purchase a product or service from us, including information necessary to process your orders with the relevant payment merchant, 
which may include the amount of any transaction, but will not include your financial information, which will only be submitted directly to the payment merchant under secure protocols.

1.2. Information we collect indirectly
- Device information(OS, OS version, language and country settings).
- Connection record(IP address, connection IP, login time and dates).
- Data about your account and game progress(scores, gold, character experience, etc.), including in most cases an automatically created internal account ID.
- Your IP address and mobile device identifiers (such as your device or advertising ID).
- Data we collect with cookies and similar technologies (see more below).
- Approximate location data (as derived from IP address).
- Data about your use of the Service, such as gameplay data and your interactions with other players inside the Service.
- Data collected from logging in by services such as Facebook, Google+, Apple Game center, Sign in with Apple (profile picture, nicknames, email, user ID, achievements, information, etc.)
- Data provided to the company through logging in by Steam account according to Steam security policies. (Steam ID, email, nickname, etc.)


1.3. Data we collect from our partners.
We also use third-party partners, such as social networking sites, data analytics providers and advertising networks.
- Data we receive if you link a third party tool with the Service (such as Facebook, WeChat,Apple or Google).
- Demographic data (such as to determine the coarse location of your IP address).
- Data to fight fraud (such as refund abuse in games or click fraud in advertising).
- Data from platforms that the games run on (such as to verify payment).
- Data for advertising and analytics purposes, so we can provide you a better Service.
- Data that you have made available to us from a third party service (such as LINE, WeChat,Apple, Google or Facebook) via your privacy settings.

Social features are a core component of our games. Other players and users may, for example, see your profile data, in-game activities and read the messages you have posted.

3.4 Data storage partners

3.5 Publicly available information
Our websites may have bulletin boards, forums where users can exchange ideas and communicate with each other. 
When you post a message to a board, forum, please be aware that your message and the information about you are being made publicly available on-line. 
Therefore, please do not include any data in your nickname that will personally identify you.


4. International data transmission
Information we collect may be transferred to countries outside your home country for the purposes set out in this privacy policy. 
You have to understand that these countries, including Korea, Japan, and the United States, may not provide the same level of data privacy protection as the European Union/European Economic Area or your home country, 
and you hereby expressly consent to the transfer of your personal information to these countries for processing in accordance with this privacy policy. 
These transfers are essential to the provision of our services and performance of the Terms of Service and End User License Agreement. 
South Korea is currently under review of the European Commission adequacy decision.


5.HOW LONG WE KEEP YOUR INFORMATION
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you the Service.
Generally we will delete your personal data after you request your account deletion and all personal information will be deleted within 15 days.
Also when we no longer need to keep your personal data, we will delete it from our data processing server.


6. Your Rights And Options
6.1 Opt-out of marketing emails and other direct marketing.
You may opt-out of receiving promotional communications, such as marketing emails from us by following the instructions in such communications. The updated settings may not be effective immediately.

If you delete your account, all personal information and game progress information will be deleted and cannot be recovered.

6.6 Right to object.
You may have the right to object to our processing of your personal data. If you choose to object to our processing activities, you might not be able to use all of our services.

6.7 Right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
If you are unsatisfied with the way we treat your personal data, you may reach out to us at all times to solve the issue. Also you always have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

6.8 Right to restrict the processing activities. 
You may have the right to restrict our processing activities. If you choose to restrict our processing activities as relates to providing our services, you might not be able to use them.

The withdrawal of your consent will not affect the lawfulness of the processing based on consent before its withdrawal.
